Sarah started her Veterinary management career in 2016, and is currently pursuing her CVPM certification. Sarah has loved animals of all kinds since she was a little kid and is very passionate about their care. Sarah also really enjoys getting to know our clients and helping them in any way she can. Melody Neil - Registered Veterinary Technician

Melody joined Blue Cross Pet Hospital in 1983. Mel is an RVT and takes special interest in small animal dental care. In her spare time, Mel coaches roller skating and enjoys hanging out with her three dogs Sally,Ben and Dixie, her rescued cats Arie and CoCoMia, and her family.

Louise Cardoza- Lead Receptionist

Louise has been in the veterinary field for the last 10 years, and joined the Blue Cross Pet Hospital team in 2020. She lives with her husband and their three cats, Millie, Khaleesi, and Odette, and their dog Nymeria! In her free time, Louise enjoys gardening, hiking, cooking, and hanging out at home with her animals.
